Shipping
Our products are printed on demand. Nothing is pre-made, so every order goes through production before it goes into a box. Here is exactly what that means for your timeline.
Production time
2–5 business days. This is when your item is actually printed and quality-checked. It happens before shipping, not during it.
Shipping time after dispatch
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–6 business days
Total realistic timeline
Roughly 5–10 business days from order to doorstep. Because we print locally rather than shipping from a central warehouse on the other side of the world, your order does not have to cross an ocean to reach you.
Where we ship
Across the European Union and to the United States. Orders are produced in the production facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps delivery fast and the carbon footprint smaller than long-haul shipping.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Tracking
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement.
Customs and import duties
Orders within the European Union and orders produced within the United States are not subject to import duties, because they are printed and shipped locally. In the rare case that an order has to be produced outside your customs union, any duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Split shipments
If you order several items they may be produced in different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
Late or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email support@dungeongoods.store and we will chase it with our production partner. If it is genuinely lost, we reprint or refund.
